The ORTLIEB BACK-ROLLER URBAN QL3.1 bike bag for your rear rack is a simple and elegant companion for your everyday life. The pannier in muted colours impresses with its easy-to-use QUICK-LOCK 3.1 fastening system and can be removed from the luggage rack in just a few steps. Thanks to the detachable shoulder strap, you can hang this rear pannier over your shoulder when you have parked your bike.

• In order to reach protection standard IP64 (6=dustproof, 4=resistant to wheel spray coming from all directions), the roll-top closure must be folded down 3-4 times and fixed at the bottom.
• This bag is supplied without the QL3.1 mounting set, instead QL3.1 locking buttons are included. If your luggage carrier is not equipped for QL3.1, you can order the mounting set under prod. code: 2256975 as an option.

Online and In-Store Return/Exchange Policy:
- New and unused items in original packaging with tags still attached may be returned within 365 days to receive a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Exceptions apply: See the Garmin policy below.
- Used items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees apply for online orders. Exclusions to Garmin and rock climbing hard and soft goods. If you’re not sure please email us before purchase.
- For your safety, rock equipment including but not limited to rock climbing hardware, harnesses, slings, and ropes cannot be returned at any time. Helmets and shoes may be returned unworn, with tags and in original packaging.
- Please note we charge both sides shipping fees for returns or exchanges for online orders.
Garmin Return/Exchange Policy:
- Please note that Garmin Devices and Watches must be unopened and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- They may be returned within 90 days to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit
- Once taken out from the box or activated - devices/watches cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For any manufacturing defects with your Garmin Device, we can connect you with Garmin Customer Support to facilitate the warranty process and to help troubleshoot the issue.
